Valued members of my professional network,

A quick “spring” status update on my job search. I continue to seek a Senior Information Technology Management position. I am open to interim consulting assignments as I continue my search.

My job search remains very active utilizing multiple strategies and resources. The primary strategy remains the ongoing expansion of my professional network through the introductions you have and continue to provide. I am also working with a large base of recruiters who have all been referrals from my network. I systematically review multiple job boards so no career opportunity is missed and participate in Job Ministries, seminars, and University business programs.

In addition, I have recently achieved Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and completed Six Sigma Green Belt Training. Another recent highlight was attendance at the Health Information Management Systems Society (HIMSS) conference that was held in Chicago this month. There is a huge amount of excitement within Health Information Technology about $19.2 Billion impact of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, signed by President Obama on February 17, 2009.

These activities have generated several career opportunities that are currently in an active status. The "Transition" process has reinforced the importance of colleagues, friends, and family for the support, encouragement, and assistance you have provided.

I will continue to provide updates and appreciate your ongoing support. If there is a way that I can be of assistance to you, please let me know since an effective professional network needs to be mutually beneficial.

Best Regards,

Danielle
